As WHS prepares to crown the 2023 Winter Royalty king and queen, we throwback 33 years to the 1990 royals, Jan Frank and Travis Wilson.
The 1990 ceremony was originally scheduled for February 2, but delayed to February 13 because of weather. Hopefully this year’s ceremony avoids a similar fate.
The pep rally will start at 1:30 tomorrow at WHS and the crowning will take place at halftime of the boys game against Rock Creek.
