Throwback Thursday: 2011 Volleyball heads to state

If the 2019 volleyball team qualifies for state this weekend it will seem routine. In 2011 it was a new feeling. In October 2011 the team extended first-year head coach Tracy Capoun's season by defeating Burlingame in the sub-state championship. It was the team's first trip to state in 18 years. Since 2011, the team has qualified for state 5 times.

Students vote for candidates Thursday morning in Cassell's room. Someone placed posters campaigning for senior Maddie Alderman outside the building.
